As a member of the Council of Supplier Diversity Professionals, “We are a Team First”. Let’s make sure we always respect each other, realize we may not always be in agreement, but are open to differences of opinions and perspectives, and most important, foster an environment where everyone is comfortable to share their ideas, ask questions and express their views and opinions.

We are participating to help and assist one another with professional growth and development.  Everyone has something to offer from their past work experiences, let’s be willing to share those and also seek input from everyone for the needs of the Council as a whole.
