Kenneth Gardner serves as the Supplier Diversity Business Development Manager, for International Automotive Components (IAC). He has over 23 years of experience in the automotive industry.

He focuses on developing and implementing corporate-wide programs to increase the involvement and sustainability of certified minority and woman-owned business.

Kenneth is the Corporate Development Chair for the Center for Empowerment & Economic Development.

He serves on the Board for the Council of Supplier Diversity Professionals.

He’s the IAC representative for the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council (MMSDC); the Center for Empowerment and Economic Development (CEED); the Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (MHCC); the Asian Pacific American Chamber of Commerce (APACC); the National Association of Black Suppliers (NABS).

Kenneth received his bachelor’s degree in Business and Education from the University of Michigan. He has also completed the University of Michigan Executive Development Program.
