Lisa Ross has a dual role at Magna International: Supplier Diversity Manager and Corporate Service Activities Account Manager for Ford, GM and Mopar. Lisa began her career at Magna over 16 years ago as a Project Coordinator in the Seating Group’s GM Business Unit. Lisa was promoted to Corporate Account Manager-General Motors in 2003, and was assigned Ford Service responsibilities in 2005. In 2011, Lisa assumed the Supplier Diversity role when the previous person retired.  In 2015, Mopar responsibilities were added to her role.  

As Supplier Diversity Manager, Lisa administers all North American supplier diversity efforts to support internal and external customer needs. She works closely with Magna's Purchasing & Commodity Groups to promote supplier diversity throughout the organization.  She helped in the development of Magna's diversity spend portal making it easier for the 130+ NA division buyers to enter their spend data.  

As Corporate Service Activities Account Manager, Lisa is the single point of contact for the Customer. In her role, she assists the plants with service issues that may affect the Customer and potential new business opportunities. Lisa works closely with Corporate Quality to ensure plant management and personnel are meeting the Customers' service requirements and expectations. 

Lisa earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Davenport University, following many years of attending Oakland Community College. She has been married to John since 1989 and has two adult children, John Jr. and Kevin.
