Duane is with Kelly’s Supplier Diversity Development Team, bringing over 25 years of Human Capital Management and Workforce Solutions expertise. This experience includes Field and Corporate practice in both Sales and Business Operations. Duane first joined Kelly in 1999 as National Service Manager for the Corporate Accounts Department; and in 2001 he was promoted to a Corporate Accounts Manager, managing a $140M portfolio of business. In 2005 Duane was promoted to Director for the Office of the President (OOP) Accounts, to manage one of Kelly’s top 13 strategic customers.

Duane joined Kelly’s Supplier Diversity Development team in 2009. He is responsible for developing new business alliances with diverse suppliers, to deliver enhanced business solutions for national and global customers through Kelly’s Global Talent Supply Chain Management organization.

Duane serves on the Board of Directors for the Council of Supplier Diversity Professionals (CSDP), and is the Membership Committee Chair for the Council. He is also a founding member and Co-Chair of Kelly’s Global Diversity & Inclusion Committee, which was organized in 2010. Duane is an avid supporter of the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council (MMSDC), and the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
